  • Cardiac Transition to Fitness +

    Upon completion of Cardiac Rehab, join Meridian Fitness & Wellness for Transition to Fitness. This program is designed to increase cardiovascular strength and endurance while abiding within the target heart rate and guidelines set by the physician.

    Progression is individual and is constructed based on the patient profile and functional screening. In addition to increased cardio strength and endurance Cardiac Transition to Fitness encourages regular physical activity to optimize a client’s overall health and wellbeing.

    Upon completion from Outpatient Rehabilitation, Meridian Fitness & Wellness will provide you with a complimentary 14-day membership, giving you complete access to the facility.
