The lessons are available for both adults and children and are offered in group sessions or private lessons. All swim instructors are Red Cross certified.
The lessons are designed for beginner, advanced beginners, intermediate and advanced swimmers, and are available to Tilton Fitness members and non-members. Lessons are available seven days a week.
Swimming is one of the best all-around exercises you can do. It's one of the few exercises that combine cardiovascular benefits with strengthening the core and upper body…and it does it with little or no stress on the joints. Everyone can become fitter and healthier through swimming.
