Originally from Washington D.C., Nigel has been a personal trainer for 9 years. A proud Pennsylvania State University graduate with a degree in Exercise Science & Kinesiology, and certified by the American Council of Exercise. Fitness, health and well being have been a cornerstone of Nigel's lifestyle since a child. He grew up playing basketball, soccer and baseball which are his favorite sports. Being a personal trainer gives him the chance to meet, work and motivate new people everyday which is Nigel's passion and what drives him to work harder every day.

Faye S. Gregory has 22 years of experience as a Fitness Professional & Health Educator in the South Jersey area and is a graduate of Stockton University. Faye is a certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer & Life Coach. Her certifications include Pilates, Yoga, Pilates Reformer, Body Pump, Group Power, Zumba, Total Body Aerobics & Urban Rebound. She has served as a Fitness Coordinator for the Fit 4 You Retreat in Pennsylvania for 15 years & facilitated many dynamic workshops! As a much sought after speaker & presenter, Faye has been a presenter nationally for professional organizations in such places as New Jersey, New York City, Delaware, Washington DC and Nashville TN. Her motto is: "Health is Wealth!" Faye is known for helping people achieve the best quality of life. Others have noted tremendous heath benefits from training with her and taking her classes.

Born and raised in South Jersey, Michael has been a personal trainer for 13 years and counting. While being a multi-sport athlete, Mike began his own fitness journey in high school, learning the art of body building alongside athletic performance. As a former ice hockey, soccer, and baseball player, his passion for team and individual sports provides the foundation of his training philosophy.
Michael also has extensive experience in sports medicine, particularly in post-rehabilitation fitness, as well as experience working with clients of varying medical conditions, from common to uncommon. His number one focus in fitness is always implementing a safe, effective, varying routine that encourages performance growth with injury prevention.
He is a graduate of Stockton University with a degree in Biology, with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. He also holds his NJ license in Massage Therapy, NSCA personal trainer certificate, USA Weightlifting certificate, and is currently working towards his strength and conditioning specialist certification (CSCS).

Matt "Lightning" Lyall is currently a professional Muay Thai fighter with a record of 18-6-1 and years of experience competing and training himself and others. He is considered one of the hardest kicking fighters, hence the nick name "Shins of Steel."
