Corinne is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness. She attended Kean University where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science as well as a minor in Health.
While there, Corinne played for the Kean University Women's Soccer Team and graduated both a Scholar Athlete and an All Conference Player. She has a plethora of experience through interning at Robert Wood Johnson Fitness and Wellness Center, Trident Fitness and Performance, Arrow Physical Therapy, and with the Kean University Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Her favorite workouts to both design and complete herself are high intensity interval training circuits. Corinne is very passionate about the Health and Wellness field and excited to help you reach your fitness goals!
Former Professional Football player in the NFL & CFL and captain of the USC Football team. Anthony Specializes in full body transformation, functional training, sports specific performance, and speed and agility. Fitness changed his life, his health, and provided him with countless opportunities. He will use his skills, experience, and his journey to help others. Your goals mean everything to Anthony. He will coach you to discover the benefits of training, providing you with a personal training experience that makes you happy, confident is the determined.

· Alumni of the University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor’s in Policy, Planning, and Development.
· Masters in Communication Management.
· USC team captain and three-year starter on the football team.
· Played in the NFL for the Indianapolis Colts.
· Played in the CFL for the Montreal Alouettes.
John is a graduate of Michigan State University where he had the great opportunity to play Football, Soccer and Track and Field. Currently he is playing professional soccer for Atlantic City FC.
His love for fitness started at the age of 11 when his dad took him to workout with him at the local fitness center. John’s passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way. He possesses the ability to coach and motivate people to get maximum gains from their workouts.

Zach has been teaching and studying movement for ten years. This has turned into a burning passion for mental and physical health. Training in any capacity has not only made his body feel better, but honed in his overall well-being. He pulls from his experience in the military, sports and through mentorship in all fields of the fitness space, which gives him a unique perspective on coaching. This is something he wants to continue to pass on so that others can achieve things they once thought impossible.
Zach delivers a systematic, creative, and compassionate program that is results driven. It builds a foundation through consistency and the pursuit of personal excellence. This is meant to be a fun experience and something that you will genuinely enjoy. He lives to offer guidance and help others address problems and opportunities as they arise.
