Corinne is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness. She attended Kean University where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science as well as a minor in Health.
While there, Corinne played for the Kean University Women's Soccer Team and graduated both a Scholar Athlete and an All Conference Player. She has a plethora of experience through interning at Robert Wood Johnson Fitness and Wellness Center, Trident Fitness and Performance, Arrow Physical Therapy, and with the Kean University Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Her favorite workouts to both design and complete herself are high intensity interval training circuits. Corinne is very passionate about the Health and Wellness field and excited to help you reach your fitness goals!
Originally from Washington D.C., Nigel has been a personal trainer for 9 years. A proud Pennsylvania State University graduate with a degree in Exercise Science & Kinesiology, and certified by the American Council of Exercise. Fitness, health and well being have been a cornerstone of Nigel's lifestyle since a child. He grew up playing basketball, soccer and baseball which are his favorite sports. Being a personal trainer gives him the chance to meet, work and motivate new people everyday which is Nigel's passion and what drives him to work harder every day.

Zach has been teaching and studying movement for ten years. This has turned into a burning passion for mental and physical health. Training in any capacity has not only made his body feel better, but honed in his overall well-being. He pulls from his experience in the military, sports and through mentorship in all fields of the fitness space, which gives him a unique perspective on coaching. This is something he wants to continue to pass on so that others can achieve things they once thought impossible.
Zach delivers a systematic, creative, and compassionate program that is results driven. It builds a foundation through consistency and the pursuit of personal excellence.
